The Park Tower is a 14 story senior building in Joliet, Illinois and offers a maintenance free setting with all the comforts of home, as well as affordable rents based on income. Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for residence, the head of household must be at least 62 years of age and over, and the household income must be at or below 60% of the area median income. Residents pay 30% of the household's gross income for rent. The Management Office will be happy to give you a tour of the community and all the application information needed to make a smooth transition into your new lifestyle.
